Search pCloudyour office’s filing in your AI knowledge base.
The plan is that the pCloud folders you release — contracts, receipts, plans, scans and photos — come into the knowledge base, connected rather than uploaded. The plan is read-only access; nothing in pCloud is changed.

“When does Mr Aigner’s motor insurance policy expire, and what notice period does it state?”

How the connection is designed
The plan is to grant permission via pCloud itself: you sign in with your pCloud account and choose the folders to be read. Access is read-only and limited to your selection; nothing in pCloud is changed. Whether your plan allows this and whether, with a business account, the owner needs to consent, we check with you in advance.
Once set up, synchronisation runs automatically: new and changed documents from pCloud are added by themselves, without anyone having to upload anything.
Set-upThe connection is made with a click via your pCloud account and is included in the setup. Which folders are read, we discuss in advance — in a small office usually directly with the person who set up the account.
Documents
Which documents may be stored in pCloud
- One folder per customer or client, often maintained in the same structure for years
- Scanned insurance policies, contracts, official notices and signed powers of attorney as PDF
- Receipts and bank statements that customers uploaded to a folder themselves via a shared link
- Property brochures, land register extracts and energy performance certificates for individual properties
- Photos from the phone that ended up in pCloud via automatic backup
- Older files copied in when switching from an external hard drive or another storage service

Start
Before a connection is set up
The connection is made in one click via the account and is included in the setup. Every source comes with its own logins, permissions and folder logic — we check the prerequisites at your company together beforehand.
Until then, and independently of it, you can upload files, whole folders, emails, photos and voice memos. Before we start, we go through real questions with you to see how the answers look.
Preliminary check
What we check in advance
In advance, we clarify whether documents are in the encrypted pCloud Crypto area: those files can only be read with your own key and are not included when access is granted via the account. We check whether the permission in pCloud can be limited to individual folders or whether the folder selection is made in junova. Whether this is a personal account or a business account with several users, we look at — folders that were only shared with you depend on the sender’s account. The plan is the current version of a file; older versions and files in the trash are not included.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about this connection
There are only three of us and we have a single pCloud account. Is that an option?
That is explicitly planned for small offices too. Reading happens via the account your folders are in; which of them are included, you choose. Whether your plan allows the permission, we check before we start. Who sees what in junova, you define independently via roles — even if everyone shares one account in pCloud.
Some of our documents are in pCloud Crypto. Do they come along?
That is not planned. The encrypted area is designed precisely so that only you can look inside with your key — granting access via the account does not change that. Documents meant for the knowledge base would have to be in an ordinary folder. Whether that is an option for you and which documents deliberately stay out, we discuss before we start.
Our folders are called “New”, “Old” and “Misc”. Is that a problem?
The plan is to search the content, not just the folder name: the text of the policy, the scanned notice, the receipt. A folder called “Misc” contributes little as an attribute, but it does no harm either. The system is meant to read customer, date and document type from the document itself; a person confirms the document type in the first run. Before we start, we go through real questions with you to see how this looks with your documents.
The temp should see property brochures, but not commission statements. Is that possible?
The plan is to handle this via document types and roles in junova: property brochures, floor plans and energy performance certificates for everyone; commission statements and contracts only for certain roles — regardless of which folder the file is in. The sharing settings in pCloud are not copied one to one and remain untouched. Which roles you need, we define together before we start.
