A flat fee per company. No per-user licence.

Everyone in the company can ask — the fitter just as much as the office. The price depends on the sources that are planned, not on how many people ask. On top of that comes a one-off setup.

Not sure which package fits? The cost check shows the package, costs and ROI for your company in four steps.

Included in all packages: one-click connections to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Dropbox. All amounts are net, plus VAT.

What is the one-off setup for?

For the kickoff with the twenty questions, checking and setting up the agreed sources, importing your existing documents, the team introduction and six weeks of support up to acceptance. After that, the monthly flat fee applies, plus, where applicable, setting up further connections, billed by effort.

What determines the package?

The sources that are planned — not the number of people. One file store and one mailbox are Basic; if ERP or industry software is to be added, it is Business; external research sources and document drafts are Premium. Whether a source you want can be connected at your company, we check before we start.

What does connecting our system cost?

One-click connections via your account — Microsoft 365 with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Outlook, Google Workspace and Dropbox — are included in the setup; we check the requirements in advance. For other systems, we check before we start whether there is a workable route; their connection is set up and billed by effort — what it costs is fixed in advance. A database connection also comes with ongoing support: monitoring and adjustment when the program is updated.

What is included?

A one-off setup brings your documents in and gets your team asking questions. After that, operation runs as a flat fee per company, not per employee.

One-off

Setup

  • Kickoff: your documents, the structure derived from them, who may see what – and twenty questions for acceptance
  • Checking whether and how your folders, mailboxes and programs can be connected
  • Setting up the agreed sources, importing your existing documents including scans
  • Going through the answers on real questions from your company
  • Introducing your team using your own documents, plus a short guide
  • Six weeks of support, acceptance against the twenty questions

Ongoing

Operation

  • Your own instance on servers in Germany, data processing agreement (DPA) included
  • Updates and security updates
  • Backups
  • One fixed contact person

How the introduction works step by step is described under Process.

Acceptance

At the kickoff we record twenty questions that the acceptance is based on.

At the kickoff we agree on twenty questions together – along with the documents the answer should come from. At acceptance we go through them together and look at what the system does with them. What follows from that is set out in the offer.

Why not per user?

Because with a per-user licence, usually only part of the team gets access. The fitter at the building site who only wants to look something up now and then misses out – and calls the office instead. With a flat fee per company, the question does not arise: whoever has a question may ask it.

Who may see what is not affected by this. Permissions depend on the document types and the roles you define — not on the price. Details under Security.

Which package fits, we clarify in the demo.

Thirty minutes by video: we show what answers with their source look like and go through which sources could be an option for you.
